Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field

• At least 1-2 years experience with social media, website marketing, and etc.

• Experience with Active Campaign, Hootsuite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently, fast learner and as a team player

• Knowledge in electronics and mechanical industry is an advantage

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

You will bridge the gap between our technical teams and customers, offering solutions, troubleshooting issues, and building strong customer relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers for ECAD software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our ECAD software products, staying up-to-date with new features and updates.

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on ECAD software capabilities and best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides and troubleshooting procedures.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to provide input for product improvements and enhancements.

• Manage and coordinate technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in trade shows and events to showcase ECAD software capabilities and answer technical questions.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a technical role, such as electronic engineering, application engineering, technical support, or related positions, with a focus on ECAD software.

• Strong technical proficiency in ECAD software and related technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
