Due to expansion, we are now looking for dynamics individual to join our team .



  • Handle basic accounting, invoicing and issuing of Purchase Orders

  • Organizing events such as webinars, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

  • Filing, store, and photocopying of company documents as needed

  • Interacts with managers and carries out their requests

  • Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of activities and other information

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned


  • SPM or SPTM are welcome to apply

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the administrative position

  • Proficient in MS Office software skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

  • Hardworking, honest, committed and responsible

  • Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
