CraftPix increase throughput by option of connecting to automation

Optional
Customers’ loader and unloader can be connected to MicroCraft conveyor.
It can be integrated with various material handling equipment that customers use.
Board is transferred from customer loader to designated position on MicroCraft conveyor for alignment.
Then the transfer arm secures the board with vacuum and transfers it to CraftPix.
Once printing is completed, board is immediately unloaded and the conveyor places board into next staging area.
Stacker Type
Optional
Loader and unloader are connected to each side of CraftPix to perform continuous automated operation.
Boards are set into Loader stacker, then a transfer arm secures the board with vacuum and transfers it to CraftPix.
Once printing is completed, board is immediately unloaded and put into the Unloader stacker.
CraftPix is capable of working with the multi-axial joint robotic arm loader system.
Robotic arm picks up a board from the stacker and places onto the CraftPix.
